Are tour guides available for group visits?
No, we do not offer tour guides for group visits. The experience is self-guided, and there are plenty of signs and descriptions throughout the property to help you explore and learn as you go.
Is school curriculum or educational material available?
Currently, we do not, but please look for it in the near future.
How far in advance should we book a group visit?
Groups can book the same day for a regular visit. If you need special accommodations or plan to eat on-site, we ask for two weeks’ notice so we can prepare.
Can groups bring their own food or lunches?
Yes. We have outdoor picnic areas available for guests who bring their own meals.
Unfortunately, due to health codes, we can’t allow outside food in our diner/indoor dining spaces. We will do our best to accommodate you, so please contact us at customerservice@volofun.com.
What is the minimum group size for discounts?
We offer group and food discounts for groups of 15 or more who prebook.
