How much time should we plan, and are tours guided?
We do not offer guided tours, which allows your group to explore entirely at your own pace.
Most groups spend anywhere from 2 to 4 hours on-site, but you’re welcome to stay longer or move through more quickly depending on your schedule and interests. There’s no set route or timeline, so you can enjoy the exhibits, shows, and attractions in whatever order works best for your group.
Is there seating/rest areas?
Yes—there are plenty of places to sit and relax throughout your visit.
We offer both indoor and outdoor benches across the property, so your group can take breaks as needed. Inside the museum, you’ll also find several small theaters featuring short videos with comfortable seating—perfect for resting while still enjoying the experience.
If your group wants a longer break, Grams Central Station includes a diner and ice cream parlor with seating, making it easy to recharge before continuing your visit.
How far in advance should we book a group visit?
Groups can book the same day for a regular visit. If you need special accommodations or plan to eat on-site, we ask for two weeks’ notice so we can prepare.
Can groups bring their own food or lunches?
Yes. We have outdoor picnic areas available for guests who bring their own meals.
Unfortunately, due to health codes, we can’t allow outside food in our diner/indoor dining spaces. We will do our best to accommodate you, so please contact us at customerservice@volofun.com.
Do you accommodate mobility concerns?
Yes—we do our best to accommodate guests with mobility needs.
All of our buildings are equipped with automatic door openers for easy access. We also offer mobility scooter and wheelchair rentals to help guests comfortably explore the museum.
While not every restroom is handicap accessible, we do have designated accessible restrooms available on-site. Our team is always happy to assist and help make your visit as smooth as possible.
