Our Mission at Volo Museum

Volo Museum exists because of passion — passion for history, for storytelling, for creativity, and most of all, for the joy it brings to others. Our mission is to create a place where generations come together, where memories are shared, and where visitors young and old feel a spark of wonder the moment they step inside.

A Place Built for People, Not Profit

The museum could never survive on admission alone.

What keeps Volo alive and growing is the support of our visitors and our car buyers.

Every ticket purchased, every car sold, every sandwich grilled at Grams Central Station goes right back into the museum.
Not into a CEO’s mansion, not into yachts or luxuries — back into the exhibits, the buildings, the restorations, and the experiences that our guests enjoy.

We curate, restore, and care for thousands of pieces of history, but it is your support that makes it possible. Together, we preserve the past so it can be experienced, learned from, and remembered by future generations.

A Shared Experience Across Generations

Our mission is to create a place where:
  • families build traditions

  • grandparents share stories with grandchildren

  • classic cars spark childhood nostalgia

  • exhibits inspire curiosity

  • and visitors leave with memories worth keeping

The greatest reward for our work isn’t financial. It’s watching a child light up at their first dinosaur encounter, hearing parents say “I came here as a kid,” or seeing families return year after year to keep a tradition alive.

Built by Us, Sustained by You

We manage it, maintain it, and pour our hearts into it — but it is our community, our guests, and our customers who truly build the museum. Your support directly funds the growth, preservation, and improvement of everything on property.

Our mission is simple:

“Create joy. Preserve memories. Celebrate history.
And always keep building a place worth sharing.”
